First Baptist Church of Rockville has a vibrant music ministry, blending the traditional hymns of the Church with today's songs of praise & worship, to provide all those in attendance with the opportunity to worship God through song. The Music Ministry is a vital part of the total outreach program at FBCR. Our members have the opportunity to use their gifts to praise the Lord and lead our people in worshipping Him during our worship services Besides providing the worship music for all our services, the music ministry has additional worship and evangelistic opportunities throughout the year. We are also blessed to have an Adult Choir (Jr. High - Senior Adults) The choir practices at 5:00pm each Sunday. If you are interested in participating in our choir, please show up for practice. If you aren't sure you want to join, just give us 3 weeks. If you don't like it after 3 weeks, just tell us and there'll be no questions asked. We just enjoy praising the Lord through song and have a great time doing it. We'd love to see you at choir practice. But if not, we'll enjoy singing for the Lord and you on Sunday morning. |
